State and city laws require us to collect and report the name and mailing address of all contributors, as well as occupation, employer and employer's city and state for individuals whose contributions exceed $100 in an election cycle.
While no contribution is too small in a grassroots campaign such as this, we are prohibited from accepting any contribution larger than $700. Please note that the contribution limit for this election is $700 per individual or organization, or $1,400 per couple. In addition, we may not accept contributions to the campaign from:
- corporate or other business entity credit or debit cards;
- any person contributing another person's funds;
- foreign nationals who lack permanent resident status;
- contributions from other candidates or political committees.
If you are self-employed, please provide your business name as employer below
Contributions are not tax deductible for Federal Income Tax purposes.
I agree to the above State and City law requirements. I am at least 18 years old. The funds being contributed are my personal funds and not those of another. I am making the contribution via my personal credit or debit card for which I have a legal obligation to pay, and not through a corporate or business entity card or the card of another. I am not a foreign national who lacks permanent resident status in the United States. If my contribution is $100 or more, I have listed my occupation and the name, city, and state of my employer. The information provided is accurate.
